Wild Rice with Vegetables and Parmigiano-Reggiano
A delicious first course of vegetables that is simple to prepare and sure to please wen the most critical palate.
You'll need: 300 grams of wild rice, 50 grams of zucchini, 25 grams of scallions, 200 grams of ripe tomatoes, 10 grams of pine nuts, 100 grams champignons mushrooms, some chives, 250 grams of dense cream, 50 grams of mustard seed, 100 grams Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt and pepper.
