We’ve upgraded the Dairy of Marola website: a new graphic look that preserves the story of the Rossi brothers, who since 2000 have managed the dairy and produced Parmiggiano-Reggiano according to antique tradition from the Lands of Matilda directly to your table. Besides Parmigiano-Reggiano it is possible to purchase online, cream cheese, soft cheese, ricotta made fresh daily, caciotte, tosello, and much more. In addition, the Rossi brothers reveal tasty recipes for enjoying the “king” of cheese, share their tricks for recognizing a good Parmiggiano-Reggiano and tell the story of this product, which is unique in its class.

At Christmas great food is the most important thing, and no italian table can be without Parmigiano-Reggiano. For this special occasion the Dairy of Marola has numerous surprises and promotions: discover all the Christmas specials for a taste of the best products made in Marola, heart of the hills of Reggio Emilia, from Parmigiano Reggiano to Grana Padano cheese, from 'Exquisita' to traditional balsamic vinegar. Gift baskets are offered at special prices until January 8th. Gift packages, customized for each order, can be made up from our complete range of products, and can even be accompanied by cutting accessories and serving pieces.

At the dairy there are new works in progress: After the expansion our store, remodeled to make room for more delicious products, our work of restyling isn’t over yet.
